A Mechanical Graduate OR Diploma Holder with 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing sector where the candidate has exhibited his skill sets of Leadership, Men management, Liaisoning with all the departments like Production, Quality, Maintenance and Toolroom, Purchase & Stores.
- Lead, guide team for overall functioning of plant & ensure smooth conduct of operations including monthly/yearly targets.
- Budgeting /budget allocation
- Also, additional business development with help of team.
- Estimation & Cost finalization
- Plant safety/Product quality/
- Guide team to identify & implement cost reduction/productivity improvement/process simplification projects, develop new customers,
- Take executive decisions on a daily basis on finance/legal/Compliances/payments/receipts/IR issues/ Secretarial matters, etc.
- Meet customers periodically to keep healthy relations,
- Attend legal meetings with local government bodies,
- Union related matters like agreement/bonus/leave encashment/ welfare/facility enhancements
