We invite you to contribute to a sustainable future working in an open, collaborative and empowering cultureGeneral SummaryThe WP System specialist is responsible for Maintaining CAD diagrams of relevant Workplaces and assisting in the delivery and output of high-quality Workplace data. This role drives Workplace improvement and understanding and it will be part of Future Workplace team. The role will be located in India and has close collaboration with wider Workplace Management organization.Key Responsibilities & tasks

  • Management and maintaining of Ramboll office portfolio CAD drawings
  • Maintain Space and Portfolio data & desk booking data
  • Deliver and preparation of Ad-hoc reports
  • Backend admin support for IWMS tools.
  • Assist and support in reporting and data analytics
  • Assist in preparation of New project related drawing, as per need.
  • Workplace request management support
  • Co-operation with relevant vendors
Knowledge / Skills
  • A bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS office, especially with excel
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PowerBI
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
  • Intermediate to advanced Autodesk AutoCAD skills
  • Basic understanding of Real Estates leases
  • Ability to manage changes and updates for relevant applications from request to completion independently
  • Ability to liaise with wider WP stakeholders in relation to application management
  • Understanding of Corporate Workplace Management function

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
