  • Understand employees\' needs and expectations to improve their overall workplace experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies for creating a positive and engaging work environment that promotes productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, addressing concerns promptly and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and service providers to ensure employee needs are met.
Workspace Collaboration & Management:
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to optimize workspace layout and utilization.
  • Create a conducive environment for productivity, comfort, and employee well-being.
Soft Service Management:
  • Oversee soft services such as janitorial, security, landscaping, and maintenance.
  • Monitor service levels, address issues, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure proper scheduling and execution of services to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace environment.
Workplace Amenities and Services:
  • Identify, implement, and manage amenities and services that enhance the employee experience.
  • Coordinate offerings such as cafes, fitness facilities, childcare options, concierge services, transportation arrangements, etc., based on employee needs and preferences.
  • Plan and manage budgets for implementing and maintaining workplace amenities and services.
Events and Program Management:
  • Plan and execute events and programs that foster community, engagement, and well-being.
  • Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, workshops, celebrations, etc., to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, align on event objectives, and ensure successful coordination and execution.
Feedback Collection and Analysis:
  • Implement mechanisms for collecting feedback from employees regarding workplace experience, amenities, and services.
  • Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand feedback requirements and incorporate feedback into ongoing workplace improvements.
Communication and Engagement:
  • Facilitate effective communication channels to engage employees and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Craft and deliver clear and impactful communications, including presentations, newsletters, and announcements, to keep employees informed and engaged.
Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and resolve issues or disputes.
Workplace Innovation & Integration:
  • Collaborate and identify and implement technology solutions that enhance the workplace experience.
  • Explore digital communication platforms, workplace apps, and smart office technologies.
Reporting, Budget Planning, and Metrics:
  • Manage and analyze workplace experience metrics.
  • Prepare reports on metrics, budget planning, and cost analysis for management review.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance the workplace environment.
Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders:
  • Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders, such as HR, IT, facilities, and leadership teams to align workplace experience strategies and initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of services, programs, and improvements.
