A day in the life:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on providing HR and office administrative support while actively participating in other HR Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for contributing to people functions within the organization.
### Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to person for any administrative needs that arise within the office, providing top-notch support.
• Perform basic office inspections if needed and/or escalate issues and maintain access credentials to employees.
• Awareness of all ongoing team activities, department meetings, visitors and deliveries.
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings, arranging and booking travel (including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries etc.) for members of the office and producing reports and presentations where needed.
• Ensure our pantry is always stocked with essentials and our assets are well-maintained and accounted for.
• Working closely with the HR team, you will deliver a high level of office administration support for the smooth and efficient running of the office.
• Plan and coordinate engaging office activities that foster team spirit and a vibrant work environment.
• Partner with HR and Security teams on office protocols,
• Helping to plan and execute events within the office in partnership with other stakeholders including but not limited to HR, People experience, and Department Leaders, both virtual and in person.
• Keep our financial ship steady by meticulously managing office budgets and tracking expenses.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary support.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

### What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience of 1 years in administrative roles with exposure to HR functions.
• Highly organized and able to use initiative.
• Able to adapt quickly to changes, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and willing approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to own end-to-end processes.
