  • Aligns with the culture and values of Inspire and ensures that design work reflects them
  • Collaborates with other members and teams to ensure that broader Studio goals are met.
  • Support current operational processes and performance, assist in adaption of new solutions for improvement where necessary
  • The Workfront Architect will design, implement, and oversee the configuration and customization of the Workfront project management platform to meet the organizations business needs.
  • This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, providing strategic direction for Workfront usage, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and Implementation:
  • System architecture design, strategic planning for Workfront implementation, managing large-scale projects, and overseeing system integrationsto align with business processes and requirements.
  • Implement Workfront solutions, including custom configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workfront solutions.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for using Workfront.
Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure Workfront dashboards, reports, and custom fields to meet specific business needs.
  • Develop and implement custom workflows and automation within the platform.
Integration:
  • Integrate Workfront with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and communication tools via Fusion or direct APIs.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
Training and Support:
  • Develop and deliver training programs and documentation for end-users and administrators.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workfront users.
Project Management:
  • Manage Workfront-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve project objectives.
Maintenance and Optimization:
  • Regularly review and optimize Workfront configurations and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Workfront features and updates, and implement them as appropriate.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate and analyze reports on Workfront usage, project performance, and other key metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve project management processes.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
  • 7-12 years of Experience in workfront and project management
  • Extensive experience with Workfront
  • Advanced knowledge (expert level) of Fusion
  • Strong technical skills, strategic thinking, and project leadership.
  • Experience with Workfront Connectors, Fusion and other plugins preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
  • Project planning and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with system integration and automation tools is a plus.
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Superior verbal, written communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills through collaboration with teams of diverse backgrounds, skillset, and expertise
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence and ability to advocate for doing the right thing for yourself, the team, the company, the brands and the work
DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:
  • This role will have no internal approval authority over all routine, day to day operational tasks.
