• Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions.

• This role requires a proactive individual who can lead a BI practice, work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality BI solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and own complete BI solution for entire domain

• Develop and implement BI strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

• BI Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions, including data warehouses, dashboards, and reports.

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and BI solutions.

• Collaborate with IT to maintain data infrastructure and ensure data integrity.

• Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

• Present findings and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.

• Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports.

• Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with BI tools, technologies, and best practices.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance BI capabilities. Train and support end-users to maximize the value of BI tools and data.

What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, or similar programming languages and experience with ETL processes.

• Proven experience in leading and managing a BI team.

• Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and data warehousing concepts.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake) is a plus.
