The Staffing Lead - key responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Creates a vision, based upon data, for a team/business and develops scalable strategies that capture the best talent and most diverse candidates at the lowest cost per hire and cost per WFS employee
\xc2\xb7 Evolves and implements labor acquisition strategies inclusive of employee class recommendations, labor pool utilization, talent pool conversion and other channel resources across different Amazon businesses
\xc2\xb7 Partners with local Site Leadership teams to include but not limited to Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and associated workflow teams to optimize labor requirements
\xc2\xb7 Develops and maintains relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to build long term partnerships
\xc2\xb7 Manages the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators
\xc2\xb7 Forecast labor demand plans and create scalable staffing strategies to build infrastructure and ensure team resource capabilities meet business demand
\xc2\xb7 Evolves and implements strategies based off consistently changing needs of the business by tracking hiring event schedules and forecasted attendance rates
\xc2\xb7 Leads and drives projects, of increasing scale and complexity, and manages programs through completion
\xc2\xb7 Sets KPI\'s benchmarks, metrics, and understands how to prioritize to meet and exceed all business SLAs
\xc2\xb7 Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated Node or assigned geographical area.
\xc2\xb7 Manage and own cost per hire budgets through oversight of labor acquisition, advertising and other talent acquisition costs within the node
\xc2\xb7 Manage and build strategies to optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark
\xc2\xb7 Exceed associate experience service levels and KPI\'s measured by hiring activity results and defect reduction
\xc2\xb7 Partner with site Finance Managers and Operations Leaders to forecast and plan labor demandBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor\'s degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applicationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation
- Experience developing policies and supporting documentation
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
