Associate Consultant, Technical Responsibilities xe2x80xa2 Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications required to perform the role xe2x80xa2 Learn WFS product configuration requirements (i.e., naming conventions, importing templates, database structure, customizations, proper sequencing) xe2x80xa2 Responsible for configuring WFS Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other scripting tools. xe2x80xa2 Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges with assistance xe2x80xa2 Communicate roadblocks and see out guidance in a timely manner xe2x80xa2 Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills xe2x80xa2 Perform unit and system testing of configured application to ensure test cases pass as described by customer requirements xe2x80xa2 Identify and escalate out of scope requirements to key stakeholders xe2x80xa2 Support the confirmation and refinement of customer business requirements with key stakeholders xe2x80xa2 Responsible for participating and eventually leading, in the gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders.
