Position: Workforce Planning ManagerLocation: ChennaiExperience: 5-8 yearsNote - Need candidate having consulting background from MANUFACTURING / AUTOMOTIVE Industry onlyResponsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies to meet organizational objectives.- Analyze current manpower utilization and identify areas for optimization.- Collaborate with HR and department heads to forecast future manpower requirements based on business needs.- Create and maintain detailed dashboards using tools like Power BI to track key workforce metrics and trends.- Interpret data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for workforce optimization.- Lead initiatives to digitize HR processes and streamline workforce management workflows.- Develop and implement training programs to enhance workforce planning capabilities across the organization.- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of workforce planning tools and systems.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies and make adjustments as necessary.- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in workforce planning and HR digitization.Qualifications:- B-tech in any field or any engineering candidate.- Proven experience in workforce planning, manpower optimization, and data analysis.- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables.- Experience with HR digitization tools and platforms, with a strong preference for proficiency in Power BI.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
