About the Team: The Workforce Planning Analyst is part of a Strategic Workforce Planning function within the Workforce Transformation organization of the People Office. In this role, you will work with a team of experts from various HR, Finance, and Business functions to create, monitor, adjust, and implement workforce plans that align talent needs with business outcomes. What you will be doing: - Collaborate with business leaders, finance partners, and HRBPs to develop and execute operational and strategic workforce plans using consistent methodologies, approaches, processes, and tools. - Build and maintain workforce plans based on data-driven supply and demand models, effective gap-closing actions, and key success measures. - Work with the Workforce Analytics team to incorporate best-in-class people analytics into workforce planning models. - Contribute to projects that support the long-term vision and roadmap for the Workforce Planning team and Workforce Transformation organization. What you bring: - Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in data analytics and visualization. - Advanced Excel skills. - Effective communication, facilitation, and persuasion skills. - Ability to work independently and deliver results. - Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience). - Familiarity with Organization Design, Visier or similar People Analytics platforms, Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday data/reporting and key talent modules, headcount planning and/or resource management, statistics/statistical modelling, capacity planning, and a background in Finance/HR is preferred. - Previous experience in a large-scale, global company with complex business units and corporate functions is a plus.
