Requirements:-

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to handle our entire workforce management activities.The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing leads through various platforms, connecting with clients locally and internationally, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions. The Business Manager will present services over PPT slides, offer customised quotations, negotiate terms, and finalise deals to ensure payments are received. Building strong rapport with clients and ensuring their satisfaction is key to this role.

•Key Responsibilities •

• Develop and implement business strategies and plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.
• Oversee entire HR Consultancy work. Source leads through freelancing websites, job portals, social media platforms, and business directories.
• Connect with potential clients looking for manpower services, locally and internationally to discuss the varied services offered by AtoZ VirtuaL.
• Present services and solutions to clients using PPT slides and other presentation tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
• Understand clients' requirements, analyse their data, and provide customised solutions.
• Offer tailored quotations, negotiate terms, and finalise deals to secure payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Identify potential risks to the business and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive innovation in service offerings and business processes.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to support growth.
• Achieve targets and contribute to the company's growth and success.

•Qualification •

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Proven experience as a Business Manager or Sales Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the virtual assistance or related industry.

- Knowledge of consultancy and workforce management.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment, labour laws, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in PPT and other presentation tools.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successfully finalising deals.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with social media recruitment is a plus.

- Ability to analyse client data and provide effective solutions.

•Probation Period: •

- The initial probation period will be 2 months without a fixed salary on profit share model

- Post-probation, compensation details will be mutually discussed and agreed upon.
