WHO YOU ARE:
Are you passionate about Workforce Management? Committed to creating schedules and optimizing staffing efficiency? We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workforce Management and Scheduling Specialist to join our dynamic team in India, dedicated to creating and implementing the schedule for our Life Sales Team and handle all forecasting, shift bidding and reporting to our US Call Center. You will be responsible for optimizing staffing levels, scheduling shifts, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet operational needs. Your expertise will contribute directly to maintaining high levels of productivity and employee satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Create workforce management plans including forecasting, scheduling, tracking, monitoring, and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly statistics; track the progress of Sales reps against targets and compensation plans.
• Analyze both real-time and historical Sales data to identify opportunities to maximize efficiency and improve the performance of our Inside Sales Team.
• Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales/SDR managers to continuously maximize the number of customers we reach on the phone.
• Identify, track, and report on key operating metrics to drive impact.
• Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to address fluctuations in workload or unexpected absences.
• Implement workforce management software tools and systems to streamline scheduling processes and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on workforce metrics and scheduling efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in workforce management practices.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Proven experience working in a call center role, preferably in Life Insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on results.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving work environment.
• Comfortable working in night shifts
