We use data to measure how well we attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce in the right place, at the right time.What you will be doingYour main objective will be to develop & automate advanced analytics dashboards using Power BI. To be successful, you will establish relationships across The People Office (HR) to understand strategic objectives and become proficient in our people systems (e.g., Workday, Visier, Glint, etc.) in order to combine disparate data into optimized visualizations.Core Responsibilities

• Develop, publish and automate recurring dashboards in Power BI.
• Build, deploy and manage a complex Power BI environment of topics with related dashboards. Manage user permissions accordingly.
• Extract, transform and load disparate data from multiple HR systems into a unified Power BI environment to be used across the Workforce Analytics team.
• Meet with stakeholders to document requirements, deliver status updates and present final output within the agreed timeline.
• In addition to using Power BI, leverage Visier, Workday and other tools available to manage recurring insights for stakeholders, including executives, on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or as needed.
• Become an expert on what data is available across FIS and articulate needs for additional inputs. Make suggestions to improve the quality of how we collect and use information with the goal of increasing analytical literacy across teams. Proactively share knowledge with other members of the Workforce Analytics team.
• Promote and support self-service access of data through Power BI, Visier and other available applications. Stay abreast of new features and implement them into your workflow.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and other duties as needed.

What you bring:

• Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 developing advanced dashboards in a complex Power BI environment
• Proficient in

Power Query editor and user security management within the Power BI environment * Thorough understand of the different data visualization chart types and how to use them effectively

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven ability to document requirements and translate raw data into informative visuals
• Able to integrate Power BI output into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS), or via API automation.
