WFA disciplines primarily focuses on all the employee life cycle related activities starting from onboarding, managing employee data, life cycle changes, absence management and offboarding of all Dow employees.This role enables a best in class employee experience through exceptional subject matter expertise, consultation and service delivery in the areas of WFA for several countries where Dow has a presence. This includes the management, implementation, and delivery of innovative solutions specific to WFA.Responsibilities:Manage employee life cycle activities with the help of technology, Workday and Service Now, and also off line.Support the implementation and delivery of end-to-end solutions in WFA discipline(s) to deliver a best in class employee experience.Support program development related to WFA in order to improve the employee experience, balanced with function-specific needs and drivers.Lead WFA specific project teams, for improvement projects.Engage with third party providers to establish, develop and review the suite of services in WFA.Address escalated HR inquiries and reviewer/approver of transactions, as applicable, with support from more senior team members.Ability to lead the country cluster independently.Provide information and insights to Team Leaders to continuously improve the operating standards and resolves employee queries on daily basis.Requirements:4-5 years previous relevant HR experience.A minimum of Bachelor\'s degree is required.Fluency in English and additional language is an advantage.Ability to work in hybrid international culture with multilingual team members.Understanding of labour relations is an advantage.QualificationsProven work experience as a Senior HR generalist in a similar role for minimum five years.Proven work experience in an international environment (responsibility scope of more than one country).Prior experience with Workday business process part of the employee life cycle: Onboarding, Job Change, Personal Data changes, Reporting, Terminations, Position Management and Supervisory Organization management.Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources management or relevant field .\xe2\x80\x8bPreferred skills:
