We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workflow Automation Developer to join our
dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Zoho
Creator or CRM development platforms in automating sales field funnel management,
field governance, payout management, training and retail management with at least
three years of hands-on experience. As a Platform Developer, you will be responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining various field sales automations and solutions to meet
our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Design and develop custom field sales automations using Zoho Creator or similar
CRM development platforms in automating sales field funnel management, field
governance, payout management, training and retail management
\xef\x82\xb7 Integrate Zoho Creator/CRM solutions with other internal and third-party systems.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them
into technical specifications.
\xef\x82\xb7 Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user
satisfaction.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and maintain documentation for applications, integrations, and system
configurations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Stay updated with the latest Zoho Creator/CRM development trends and best
practices.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
