Responsibilities :

Mechanical Maintenance of plant and utility equipments i.e. All types of Pumps, Reactors, Centrifuges, all types of Dryers (VTD, TD etc.), Air handling system (AHU, Air washer, Air Curtain, Air processing unit, Dehumidifier etc.), Sparkler filter, ANF, PNF, FBD, Air compressors, PSA N2 system, Chiller, Boilers, ETP, RO, DI Water, Fire Hydrant system and DG Sets etc.
Breakdown, Preventive and Shutdown maintenance activity performed as per SOP.
Modification and project works.
To maintain inventory of mechanical spare parts.
Coordination with the activities of colleagues.
Responsibilities as \xe2\x80\x9cReliever\xe2\x80\x9d to \xe2\x80\x9cColleagues\xe2\x80\x9d of the Department.
Compliance to Safety Procedures, cGMP & SOPs.
Plastic Work, as PP/HDPE/PVC piping /welding etc.
SAP MM (Material Management) module related activity i.e. To Raise PR. (SAP access and Training to be provided to relevant person)
SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module related activity i.e. Generation / Issuance of work request, Complete (technically) / Complete (Business) of work request etc. (SAP access and Training to be provided to relevant person)

11. To maintain House Keeping of Engineering work shop.
