###### Role and Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Compensation, and Absence Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and customize Workday functionalities to meet business needs. Manage data migration, integrations, and testing activities during Workday implementations and upgrades. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Workday platform, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and enhancements, assess their impact on existing configurations, and implement necessary changes. Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, providing guidance and training to end-users as needed. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert on Workday functionalities.
###### Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday, including implementation, configuration, and support. Strong technical proficiency in Workday modules, with expertise in at least one functional area (e.g., HCM, Payroll). Experience with Workday integrations, reporting, and data management tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Workday certification(s) preferred. Experience with Workday security administration and role-based access controls is a plus.
