Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, configure, and test solution options in Workday for Talent and Performance management. Be a subject matter expert to business stakeholders, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues related to talent and performance technology capabilities and configurations. Provide Workday production support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to design, configurations, business processes, integrations, and data. Participate in Workday\'s periodic product release planning and testing and proactively remain informed about Workday new feature-sets. Understand release impact against current system configurations. Collaborate with HR Technology leadership and business end-users to translate business needs into requirements, analyze gaps, and assess impact of changes and issues. Recommend appropriate solutions and business process workflows. Coordinate testing to ensure that the product functionality and all upstream/downstream integrations are working as designed. Ensure that the required specifications are met with efficient, accurate, and quality information. Create/maintain the product documentation including content updates for the user guides/job-aids. Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications in Workday HCM are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels within the organization. Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA. Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 3 years of experience in Workday Talent Management modules.
