Responsibilities:* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals during acquisitions.* Analyze the impact of acquisitions on existing Workday configurations and develop integration strategies.* Offer expert advice on incorporating acquired entities into Workday following best practices.* Design and implement Workday configurations for acquired entities, adhering to organizational standards and compliance.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance) to integrate acquired systems and data into Workday.* Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee the accuracy and functionality of integrated systems.* Act as the primary point of contact for post-production troubleshooting and resolving Workday HR module issues.* Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.* Implement enhancements and updates to Workday configurations based on evolving business needs and best practices.* Develop comprehensive documentation (configuration guides, process flows, troubleshooting procedures) for knowledge transfer and support continuity.* Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and stakeholders on Workday architecture and best practices.Qualifications:* Proven experience as a Workday Solutions Architect or similar role, with a focus on acquisitions and HR module support.* In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management modules.* Experience with system integration, data migration, and configuration management in Workday environments.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
