You can be based in our office in Delhi, Mumbai or Bengaluru. Existing work authorization is required at the time of application submission as WRI is unable to sponsor any visa work sponsorship for this position.About the Program:WRI Operations team supports the crucial front-line work of the organization, they directly interact and work with Donors, Partners, Government agencies, Statutory bodies, Trustees, Vendors, and Consultants in fielding their inquiries, providing support at all the fronts and solving problems. So that the WRI programs can be implemented without any hurdles and the program staff and researchers can develop high quality research documents, plans and implement the programs at the field level.WRI operations team consists of various functions such as Budget and Finance, Grants and Contracts, Legal Counsel, Human Resource, IT and Facilities management. Each role comes under the purview of operations and each function lead reports to the Director Operations and Director Operations report to the CEO of the Organization.WRI Operations team strive for operational excellence across all functions starting with the recruitment, retention, and management of WRI's staff, our most important asset. We manage our endowment, the contributions entrusted to us, and our facilities in ways that are in line with our values and advance our mission. We maintain strict budgetary planning and financial controls to ensure that all contributions are managed in compliance with donors' wishes.Job Highlight:Reporting to the ERP Director, you will integrate equity into your work. You will be responsible for managing the security configuration and reporting capabilities within the Workday ERP system. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their security needs, design, and implement security roles and permissions, and develop custom reports to support data analysis and decision-making. Your expertise in Workday security and reporting will ensure the integrity of sensitive data and provide stakeholders with actionable insights to drive business success. You will be a member of the WRI Global IT Team.What will you do:{Responsibility area #1} (25%):

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes related to security and reporting within the Workday ERP system
  • Design, implement, and maintain security roles, permissions, and data access policies in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • visualization, and decision-making across the organization
  • Configure and optimize Workday security features, including user provisioning, role-based access controls, and segregation of duties
  • Monitor and audit Workday security configurations to ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards
{Responsibility area #2} (25%):
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday to support data analysis, visualization, and decision-making across the organization
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday security and reporting issues, including issue resolution, system enhancements, and user training
  • Stay current with Workday releases and updates, evaluating new features and functionality related to security and reporting for potential implementation

  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities related to Workday security configurations and reports
  • Document security configurations, report specifications, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system integrity
  • Assist the security team in ensuring compliance by implementing security controls, policies, and best practices
{Responsibility area #4} (25%):
  • Support the response and mitigation of high-priority security events to minimize risks
  • Support the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of new and existing infrastructure, including cloud and on-prem environments
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance security, manage O365 security configurations, and oversee Zscaler solutions to improve infrastructure resilience
  • Monitor and ensure SSO metadata certs are up to date
What will you need:
  • Education: You have a completed bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant work experience in lieu of degree is accepted
  • Experience: You have minimum 3 yr of full-time professional experience implementing and configuring Workday security and reporting functionalities
  • Strong understanding of Workday security concepts, including role-based access controls, security groups, and data protection policies
  • Proficiency in Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools, with the ability to design and develop custom reports and dashboards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Workday HCM and FIN certification(s) preferred
  • Experience with other HRIS and ERP systems and data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, with additional common languages (e.g., French, Spanish) a plus
  • Requirements: Existing work authorization is required where this position is based. WRI is unable to authorize visa work authorization
Potential Salary: India salary range is between INR 14,00, 000 and 18,00, 000.
