Job Title: Workday Programmer Analyst

Location: Navalur, Chennai.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Workday Developer to optimize our ERP solution using Workday's software. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday, swiftly implementing new integrations and troubleshooting issues. What you will do:

Primary Developer for Workday Integrations:

• Serve as the key developer for Workday integrations and customizations.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and project managers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Integration Lifecycle Management:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations, adhering to best practices and company standards.
• Configure Workday security, including user roles, permissions, data access policies, and integration user accounts.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

• Monitor Workday integration jobs, promptly identifying and resolving errors.
• Maintain a proactive approach to troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration processes.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Workday integrations and customizations.
• Share expertise by serving as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.

Stay Current on Workday Features:

• Keep up-to-date of new Workday features and functionality.
• Proactively explore opportunities to leverage new capabilities for enhanced system performance and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Participate in Workday upgrade projects, testing new features before production deployment.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to resolve cross-functional issues related to Workday.

Training and Support:

• Assist in developing and maintaining training materials and user guides.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Workday end users, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing user concerns.

Adaptability and Other Duties:

• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 3-5 years professional experience as a Workday developer or consultant
• Expertise in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Report Writer, Business Process Framework)
• Experience with Workday security, data conversions, and customizations
• Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, C#, .NET, etc.)
