AECOM is looking for a candidate to be based either in Bengaluru or Manila.

The candidate will have Flexible working shift hours covering Asia and EMEA time zone.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:

• Serves as a technical specialist for the Workday Core HR, Onboarding/Job Requisition function and foundational data setup.
• As an individual contributor, conceives, plans and conducts consultation in primary areas of Core HR and Onboarding Business Processes.
• Involves creative, independent solutions that will be adopted by HR corporate-wide.
• May leads global HR projects domestically.
• Work collaboratively with other technical specialist, with guidance from the Core HR Technical Lead
• Configure, perform system QAQC testing and support UAT testing with documented test scripts
• Works under limited supervision and direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• 3+ years of Workday experience in Core HR, Onboarding and Foundational Data setup. Any other module experience (such as Compensation and Absence) is a bonus
• Ability to analyse business requirement and translate into configuration document
• Experience with Service Now ticket management system
• Experience working with a globally dispersed team (onshore and offshore)
• Experience with Workday configuration and testing
• Clear oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
