Job Description

MRI Software looking for an experienced and skilled Workday Integration candidate to join our internal WD team as a Senior Integration Analyst/Consultant. As a senior, you will be responsible to gather requirements on WD integration, design, build , extensively test, and move to production without defects. You will also be working closely with WD architects and internal stakeholders to support all reporting and workday integrations in the tenant as a WD support activity. During this you will hunt bugs, identify, and fix issues by owning them as per the SLA defined by the organization.What youxe2x80x99ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Support our business stakeholders for Workday SaaS application using ServiceNow(Ticketing Tool) and Jira(CR) intake channels, identify and resolve issues/breaks and enhancements with premier Workday support experience.
• Support and develop Workday integrations of various types such as third-party payroll, PECI, Worker and Benefit Connectors, EIBs and Studio.
• Hands-on configuration in Workday business processes, custom reports, EIB Inbounds/outbound, Security, Alerts and Notifications for Integrations
• Design and develop new reports requests through Jira queue.
• Have knowledge and ability to expand workday applications and its modules to new business geography
• Ownership and accountability of both Quality and RUN responsibilities pertaining to all workday related projects
• Troubleshoot and fix production issues and help prioritize against existing backlog based on severity and impact
• Can easily put on your business analyst hat if needed and advice business for the best workday practices

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in support and implementation/build of Workday Integrations with good hold on connectors(Core connectors, Packaged connectors, PECI, WECI), EIBS , XSLT, calculated fields, Custom reports, BIRT and Studio
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM functional configuration setup, Security configuration, EIB Inbounds, Business Processes, Alerts and Notifications framework, and building dashboards
• Experienced with Workday SOAP API, REST API, Raas reports and Import API patterns
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal, presentation skills with proven business analyst skills
• Passion for Workday technology and enjoy solving Workday business problems
