As a Freelance Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Talent and Recruiting modules of Workday HCM for our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Configure and customize the Talent and Recruiting modules of Workday HCM to meet the specific needs of our clients.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM.Requirements:- Minimum of 9 years of experience working with Workday HCM, specifically with the Talent and Recruiting modules.- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.- Experience with configuring and customizing Workday HCM.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
