Job Description
Functional Consultant (One senior consultant and one Junior consultant) Key Responsibilities . A Workday functional consultant will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HRsolutions to meet the business requirements of clients . One should provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients on best practices, system configuration, and implementation methodology, and collaborate with technical consultants to ensure successful integration of Workday with other systems Skills and Qualification . Relevant experience of 2-5 years in Workday systems . Advance knowledge of HR process and experience of working with global team . The individual is expected to have hands-on Workday modules Core HCM, Core and Compensation, Security . Knowledge on any of the following modules Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Time and Absence are added advantage . Strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions . Staying up-to-date: Keeping abreast of the latest Workday releases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions to clients
