GDC India \xe2\x80\x93 Integrations ConsultantJob summary:Collaborative Solutions is seeking a Workday Consultant certified/experienced in Workday Integrations. In this role you will work with customers during all phases of deployment as well as post-production to assist with defining requirements, complete development, and deploy solutions.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Serve as a Workday expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities\xc2\xb7 Independently manage work on multiple projects in various phases\xc2\xb7 Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and leverage expertise to provide recommendations and develop solutionsDuties and Tasks:\xc2\xb7 Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.\xc2\xb7 Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions.\xc2\xb7 Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs following CS Methodology.\xc2\xb7 Facilitating design workshops with customers for AMS and Implementations projects.\xc2\xb7 Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.\xc2\xb7 Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.\xc2\xb7 Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.\xc2\xb7 Review solution architectures and components to analyze client requirements for integration processes and ensure adherence to same.Education and Experience Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent\xc2\xb7 Must have active Workday Certification in Integrations Core and specialized areas\xc2\xb7 Experience in different aspects of Workday Integrations such as WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformations, Workday Studio, and Workday CCTPPTM\xc2\xb7 Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation and post go-live projects\xc2\xb7 2-5 years of experience working in Integration builds\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.,)\xc2\xb7 Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization\xc2\xb7 Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills\xc2\xb7 Outstanding MicroSoft Excel skills\xc2\xb7 Thrive on simultaneously operating at multiple levels and managing multiple responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing, ecosystem with minimal supervisionWork Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job at Collaborative Solutions\xe2\x80\x99 work sites as well as client sites.
