We are seeking a talented and experienced Workday Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our Business Technology (HRIT) team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and a strong background in compensation and benefits administration.

Your key responsibilities
• Serve as the point of contact for all Workday Compensation and Benefits-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement Workday solutions to support compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage the compensation planning and merit increase cycles.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Workday system, performing regular audits and troubleshooting as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to HR business partners, managers, and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits administration.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-4 years of experience working with Workday HCM, with a focus on compensation and benefits modules.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, including salary benchmarking, incentive plan design, and pay equity analysis.
• Experience administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated flexibility to work in various time zones based on project requirements.
