Designation : Workshop Technicians ( LMV& Heavy Vechicles)
Location: Cheranaloor, Kochi
Age: below 45 years
Salary: RS 25000/- to RS 30000/- per month
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in similar work
The Workshop Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting routine preventive maintenance and repairs on vehicles, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring all vehicles are safe and operational. The technician will maintain workshop tools, adhere to safety protocols, and keep accurate maintenance records. They are expected to manage spare parts, assist with major overhauls, and ensure high-quality repairs. The role requires collaboration with other team members and the ability to provide emergency repairs when needed. Key performance metrics include repair turnaround time, task completion rate, first-time fix rate, and adherence to safety standards.
