Work with Senior Consultants/Directors to develop and implement solutions including HR Strategy, organization/workforce analytics, total reward strategy, reward design, job architecture and levelling, compensation benchmarking. Lead industry compensation surveys.
Project lead small to medium complexity projects with oversight from senior consultants, taking responsibility for overall project success
Develop technical knowledge and skills in reward, our consulting frameworks, thought leadership, and trends in HR technology.
Provide practical insights into how best to reward and manage the workforce of today and plan for the workforce of tomorrow
Manage small to medium projects and client expectations, and raise appropriate issues to Senior Consultants/Directors
Contribute to new business development by developing proposals and statements of work, project plans and budgets
Partner with analyst level team members to review work, provide guidance and insight.
The Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years\' experience in broad range of HR areas, preferably in organization analytics and or total rewards domains
Project management experience in total rewards
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks.
Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and to bring a solution mindset to client problems.
Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.
Availability to travel on an as needed basis.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, Business, Economics, Math/Statistics, Psychology/Sociology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or any other major with significant qualitative and quantitative course work, a master\'s degree in business/management is not necessary but will be beneficial.
Able to work locally in Jakarta.
Strong English Language skill, both oral and written.
