Position: UI/UX Designer
Experience: 1-1.5 Years
Location : Mohali Phase 8b

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centric experiences by understanding user behavior, creating intuitive interfaces, and enhancing the overall usability of digital products.

Key Responsibilities:1. User Research & Analysis

Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs. Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics to improve UI/UX design.

2. UI/UX Design & Prototyping

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flow.

3. User Experience Optimization

Ensure seamless and engaging user experiences through effective information architecture and navigation. Improve UI elements such as buttons, icons, typography, and color schemes for a visually pleasing experience. Enhance responsiveness and accessibility to provide a consistent experience across all devices.

4. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives. Provide design specifications, style guides, and assets to developers for implementation. Present design concepts and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

5. Usability Testing & Iteration

Conduct A/B testing, usability testing, and collect user feedback to refine designs. Iterate on designs based on data insights and usability findings.

6. Keeping Up with Trends

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Explore innovative design approaches to enhance user engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
? Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
? Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
? Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
? Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
