• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites independently.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility for all websites.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with the team for project planning, timelines, and delivery.
• Confidently manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Implement advanced features such as e-commerce, membership systems, and custom themes.
• Stay up to date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies.

Expertise & Key Skills Required:

• WordPress Development: Expertise in theme development, plugin customization, and full-stack WordPress solutions.
• Coding Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Page Builders: Experience with popular page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, and Divi.
• E-commerce Integration: Knowledge of WooCommerce, setting up and managing online stores, and payment gateway integration.
• Performance Optimization: Hands-on experience with caching solutions and performance plugins (e.g., WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache).
• Security & Backup: Knowledge of security plugins like Wordfence, Sucuri, and backup solutions such as UpdraftPlus.
• SEO Optimization: Experience with SEO plugins like Yoast SEO, RankMath, and knowledge of on-page SEO techniques.
• Form Integrations: Familiarity with form-building plugins like Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, WPForms.
• Membership and LMS: Experience with plugins like MemberPress, LearnDash, or LifterLMS for membership and learning management systems.

Additional Skills:

• Proficient with version control (Git) and website hosting management (cPanel, WHM, etc.).
• Ability to work on multi-language websites with WPML or Polylang plugins.
• Experience in creating and customizing custom post types, taxonomies, and metadata.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Proven track record with at least 30 WordPress projects handled independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
