Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress themes from design files (e.g., PSD, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Customize existing WordPress themes to match client requirements.
• Write clean, well-structured, and optimized code (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP).
• Implement responsive design to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Integrate WordPress themes with third-party plugins and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs or performance issues.
• Optimize website speed and performance.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and testing to ensure the best user experience.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement website updates and new features.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for WordPress websites.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a WordPress Theme Developer (3+ years).
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL .
• Experience with WordPress theme frameworks (e.g., Genesis, Divi, Elementor, WPBakery).
• Familiarity with Bootstrap and responsive design principles.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices for WordPress.
• Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce website development.
• Knowledge of Gutenberg block editor and WordPress 6.x features.
• Proficient with Git version control.

Pay: ?100.00 - ?200.00 per hour
