We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining WordPress websites, with expertise in creating custom themes, plugins, and ensuring optimal website performance. You will work closely with our design and content teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• WordPress Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins.
• Ensure the functionality, performance, and scalability of websites.
• Customization & Optimization:
• Customize existing themes and plugins as per project requirements.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.
• Technical Implementation:
• Implement responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
• Debug and troubleshoot website issues.
• Collaboration:
• Work with the design and content teams to ensure website alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with other developers and team members for seamless project execution.
• Maintenance & Updates:
• Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to ensure security and performance.
• Conduct regular backups and implement security best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugin creation.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with REST APIs, AJAX, and JSON.
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Divi, or Visual Composer.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Experience:
• 3-4 years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce website development.
• Other Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WordPress Multisite.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or TailwindCSS.
• Knowledge of website migration and hosting environments (e.g., cPanel, Plesk).
• Certification in WordPress Development or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?657,333.87 - ?704,940.18 per year
