Technoboot is on the lookout for a creative and tech-savvy Associate Software Engineer who vibes with clean design, fast delivery, and digital innovation. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working at the crossroads of

design

and

development

- crafting beautiful websites and digital experiences using

WordPress, Figma,

and

graphic

tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and customize responsive WordPress websites. Build custom themes and plugins as needed. Optimize website performance (speed, SEO, responsiveness). Troubleshoot and debug issues across different devices and browsers. Integrate APIs and third-party tools when necessary. Design visually engaging assets for websites, social media, ads, and branding. Work on logos, banners, brochures, and presentations. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative materials. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver impactful visuals. Create modern and user-friendly UI/UX mockups using Figma. Translate project requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff from design to code.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

Skills We're Looking For:

Solid experience in

WordPress

(custom themes, Elementor, plugins). Proficiency in

Adobe Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or

Canva

. Strong command of

Figma

and UI/UX principles. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design. Creativity, problem-solving attitude, and a strong design aesthetic. Team player with good communication and adaptability.
