Job Title : WordPress Developer

We are seeking a talented and creative WordPress Developer to join our interior design firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress development and a keen eye for design, with the ability to create visually stunning and highly functional websites that showcase our portfolio and services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages for our interior design projects.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Ensure websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Integrate client content management systems (CMS) and data feeds into websites.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability across various devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Conduct website testing to ensure functionality, performance, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the design team to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into websites.
• Provide internal support and external customer service throughout the build and launch process of the website.

Required Skills and Proficiencies:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Experience with SEO best practices and website indexing.
• Experience with API web integration.
• Familiarity with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for design and layout purposes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
• A portfolio of previous WordPress projects, particularly in the interior design or related industries, is preferred.
