We are looking for a talented WordPress Designer who specializes in customizing WordPress websites and ensuring high-quality execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, WordPress themes, page builders (like Elementor or WPBakery), and coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) to develop pixel-perfect designs. Experience in designing and setting up e-commerce websites using the WooCommerce plugin is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize WordPress themes to match design specifications.
Design and develop e-commerce websites using the WooCommerce plugin, ensuring smooth functionality and a seamless shopping experience.
Optimize website performance, ensuring speed and mobile-friendliness.
Work with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg to implement designs.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
Implement basic SEO best practices during development.
Debug and troubleshoot any website issues.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to deliver high-quality websites.
Perform regular website updates and maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a WordPress Designer with a strong portfolio.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with WooCommerce for building and managing e-commerce websites.
Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
Familiarity with custom post types, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), and WordPress customization.
Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
Ability to optimize images and code for performance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with pixel-perfect accuracy.
Good communication and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with WordPress theme development.
Knowledge of website security best practices.
Understanding of basic UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with Git or version control.
Experience with Figma to WordPress execution is a plus.
