Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and skilled professional who can combine technical expertise in WordPress development with strategic and creative digital marketing capabilities. This dual-role position requires a candidate with a strong understanding of web development, content management, and modern digital marketing practices to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:WordPress Development:

• Website Development & Maintenance:
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Content Management:
• Manage the content, structure, and updates for WordPress websites.
• Implement content edits, updates, and troubleshoot issues as required.
• Technical Optimization:
• Optimize website speed, security, and overall functionality.
• Debug and fix issues, ensuring smooth user experiences.
• Integration & Functionality:
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and other features to enhance functionality.
• Set up e-commerce platforms, forms, and CRM systems where needed.
• Compliance & Backup:
• Ensure all websites meet accessibility, legal, and technical compliance standards.
• Regularly back up website data and implement recovery solutions.

Digital Marketing:

• Campaign Development & Management:
• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing).
• Develop strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Social Media Management:
• Create and manage content for social media platforms to boost brand presence.
• Run paid social media campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Work with content creators and designers to develop engaging visuals and copy.
• Ensure alignment of brand messaging across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory with proven experience).
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in WordPress development and management.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with website optimization tools and techniques.
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
• Marketing Skills:
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
