Position : WordPress Design Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As a Website Design/WordPress Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply your design and technical skills to enhance our website and digital assets. Working closely with our design and development team, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of visually appealing, user-friendly websites using WordPress as the primary platform.

Responsibilities:

Website Design and Development:

Assist in the design and development of responsive and visually appealing websites using WordPress.

Collaborate with the design team to create engaging layouts, graphics, and other design elements.

Customize and integrate WordPress themes to align with the company's branding and design guidelines.

Content Management:

Update and manage website content, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Optimize images, videos, and other media for web performance and user experience.

Plugin Integration and Maintenance:

Install and configure WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to plugins, themes, or website performance.

User Experience Enhancement:

Contribute ideas to improve user experience, site navigation, and overall website functionality. Implement best practices for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the design, development, and content teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Participate in team meetings to share progress, insights, and ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

? A degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

? Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript.

? Familiarity with WordPress and its ecosystem, including themes, plugins, and basic customization.

? Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar.

? Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

? Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.

• Duration:
• This is a full-time internship position with an expected duration of 6 months, starting from. The internship may be conducted remotely or on-site, depending on the company's policies and your location.
• Mode of Internship:
• Hybrid(if they are from Mumbai), or else Remote if not from Mumbai.
• Duration of internship: 6 months.
• Stipend: upto 5-10k per month.
• Office Timings:

10 to 7pm ( But we can offer flexible working hours, but strict 9 hours work policy must be followed.)

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
