WordPress and Drupal Expert

• Experience: 8+ Years of IT experience. 4+ years in WordPress and Drupal Skills
• Proven experience as a WordPress and Drupal Developer, with a strong portfolio of WordPress and Drupal projects
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress/Drupal CMS, themes, and plugins, and familiarity with popular page builders.
• Knowledge in custom post types, taxonomies, meta fields
• Expert knowledge of WordPress/Drupal and the WordPress/Drupal API.
• Ability to write custom WordPress/Drupal plugins.
• Experience in website performance optimization, SEO best practices, and security measures.
• Very good knowledge of modern front-end development: HTML, CSS, Responsive Web Design, Performance Optimization, and Accessibility.
• Very good knowledge of PHP and OOP principles.
• Understanding of RESTful Web Service technologies such as JSON.
• Extensive work with JavaScript and jQuery
• Expert knowledge of Git version control system.
• Integrate third-party API and services into WordPress/Drupal websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain multiple WordPress websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to WordPress, themes, plugins, or server configurations.

• Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement new features and functionalities to enhance the user experience.
• Customize WordPress themes and templates to align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s branding and design guidelines.

• Conduct regular performance audits and implement optimization techniques to improve website speed and responsiveness.
• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance.

• Evaluate and select appropriate plugins to extend website functionality and configure them for optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins when necessary to meet specific business requirements.

• Implement security measures to safeguard websites from potential threats and ensure data integrity.
• Establish and maintain regular backup routines to prevent data loss in case of emergencies.

• Optimize websites for search engines and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.
• Assist in content management, including creating and updating web pages, blog posts, and multimedia content.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical insights
• Document technical processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference.
