Job Summary:As the Marketing Communications Lead at Wonderla, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand\'s communication strategy and ensuring the delivery of compelling creatives for campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate closely with external creative agencies to conceptualize, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels. You will leverage your expertise in marketing communications, creativity, and project management to deliver impactful creatives that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement with the Wonderla brand.Key Responsibilities- :Communication Strategy Development :- Develop and implement an integrated communication strategy aligned with Wonderla\'s brand objectives, target audience insights, and marketing priorities.- Define key messaging pillars, brand tone of voice, and communication guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.Creative Development and Execution :- Collaborate with in-house graphic designers, videographers, and external creative agencies to create compelling visuals, videos, and other creatives for marketing campaigns.- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative ideation workshops to generate innovative campaign concepts and ideas that capture the essence of the Wonderla brand.Campaign Management and Coordination :- Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from concept development to final delivery of creatives, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and budgets.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to integrate campaign messaging and creatives across various channels and customer touchpoints.Brand Guardianship :- Serve as the guardian of the Wonderla brand identity and visual language, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards in all communication materials and creatives.- Conduct regular audits of marketing collateral and assets to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all platforms.Performance Monitoring and Optimization :- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and creatives, leveraging data and insights to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive continuous improvement.- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creative elements, messaging, and campaign tactics based on audience response and engagement metrics.Team Leadership and Development:- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in execution.- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.- 6+ years of experience in marketing communications, key account management in agencies, creative direction, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns and creatives.- Strong creative thinking and ideation skills, with the ability to translate brand objectives and messaging into compelling visual concepts and storytelling narratives.- Expertise in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results on time and within budget.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams, external partners, and creative agencies.- Passion for the amusement park industry and a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and emerging technologies.- A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great designJoin Wonderla and lead the charge in shaping the brand\'s communication strategy and delivering captivating creatives that elevate the Wonderla experience for our guests.
