Role Summary
We are looking for an Administrator to support our Human Resources department in WWS where You will act as the first point of contact for admin -related queries from employees and external vendors. Your main administrative duties will include office general administration, maintaining of physical assets, maintaining personnel records, managing employees documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases of the Company.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain personnel, labor and internal records
Maintenance the access and attendance related reports Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Liaise with external vendors / partners, like insurance vendors, office administration, assets AMCs and ensure legal compliance.
Maintaining and monitoring record on security, local vendor, Housekeeping, Access Record facility management.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant emp
loyee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
Monitoring and verifying the new employee documents & Impart the admin onboarding to them.
Preserving emergency maintenance includes first aid and arranging travel accommodations and process expense forms.
Any other work which is provided by the management from time to time.
Requirements
Master’s in Business Administration
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Computer literacy
