Job summary:
The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in promoting a positive candidate experience while aligning recruitment strategies with the company's goals and values. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates that meet job requirements.
Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining communication and providing feedback.
Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
