This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our 0-1 product development that solves internal use cases and also will scale to solve core merchant use cases. In this role, you would need to understand and assess the financial impacts of incidents related to disrupted product processes - assisting the business work through complex errors and reconciliations. You will be focused on day to day accounting, reconciliation, and workflow management with scalability.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Devise Product Strategy: Define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact.
• Conceptualize new solutions: Product Conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven and test & iterate approach.
• Build products: Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build products that customers love. Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time.
• Launch products: Draft and execute a go-to-market plan for internal customers. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• You have 2 to 4 years of experience delivering impact in customer facing product roles
• You understand technology, and love customer-first & Impact-oriented thinking
• You are known as the person with \'attention to detail\'
• You love complex problem solving and are hands-on with data analytics
• Detail orientation come naturally to you
• You have work experience or strong understanding of ledger and reconciliation standards in your previous roles - Direct Experience with ledger and reconciliation product is a PLUS!
