Job Description

Wisely Member Services is launching its Pilot Process at Hyd in Jan\'24. The role involves having the opportunity to be a part of the first batch of associates, that will begin serving our Wisely Members (cardholders) with their questions pertaining to the paycard transactions. It is a chance to establish standards of excellence that will help significantly improve the Member experience.
- Service oriented: recognize individual customer service needs and provide resolution.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and finds it easy to have a conversation.
- Willing to learn new things and upskill as the role demands.
- Ability to manoever through the initial challenges that a pilot team will have
Required Skills and Competence
- 3 to 5 years of experience in handling Inbound calls and chats from North American clients/employees.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize & manage work tasks and follow up on time.
- Ability to cooperate with others in the team to reach the common goals.
Shift Timings
- Willingness to work in different time zones.
Education:
- B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BHM, MA & M.Com
