Excellent Understanding of FTTH and Transport Network FTTH Planning : Planning experience and understanding of OLT, ODN, Primary & Distribution Network, Optical Budget, Split Ratio, Feeder Routes etc. Transport Planning : Planning experience and understandingof Intracity and Intercity routes, Ring & Star Connectivity for Aggregator, BTS etc Good Understanding of CAPEX, OPEX, BOQ/ BOM preparation. Hands on Experienceon : Planning tools : Google Earth, Autocad. GIS Tools - GE Small world, Network placement and Connectivity updation, GIS Inventory Management, Feasibility etc. Basic Understanding of CEN, SDH Network and IP Protocols. Good Communication, Interpersonal and Team Management Skills.
