Minimum 5+ years of experience in Remote Infrastructure management
5+ years working experience on Windows 2008, 2012,2016, 2019 and 2022.
5+ years working experience in any of the virtualization platforms.

Troubleshooting issues related to Windows server features and roles such as Terminal servers (RDS), IIS, Telnet, DNS, DHCP, etc.
VMWare: Creating Virtual Machine, performed cloning, created and deleted snapshots, added and removed hardware resources on GuestOS
Should possess work experience on migration/upgradation projects.
Ability to create Documentation.
knowledge on scripting and automation
Responsible for SLA compliance
Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis.
Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implemented.
Incident, Problem and Change management as per the ITIL Standards.
