Key responsibilities in

Wine List Management:

Develop and maintain an updated wine list that aligns with the hotel's culinary offerings and target clientele. Research and source new wines from various regions and producers. Price wines competitively while considering quality and market trends.

Food and Wine Pairing:

Collaborate closely with chefs to create optimal food and wine pairings for the menu. Suggest wine recommendations based on guest preferences and dish selection.

Wine Cellar Management:

Oversee the proper storage and rotation of wine inventory in the cellar. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering.

Guest Service:

Provide knowledgeable and personalized wine service to guests, including explaining wine characteristics and serving techniques. Conduct wine tastings and special wine events for guests. Address guest inquiries regarding the wine list and wine pairings.

Staff Training:

Educate and train all restaurant staff on the wine list, proper wine service, and food pairing recommendations. Conduct regular wine education sessions for staff to maintain knowledge levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive Wine Knowledge:

Deep understanding of wine regions, grape varieties, production methods, vintages, and wine classifications.

Should be from 5 star hotel background.

Pay: ?20,302.67 - ?47,745.91 per month
