Job Description
Responsibilities :Windows support role.
Designation: Senior Systems Engineer - IT Service Management / Technology Analyst - IT Services
Preferred location: Chennai/Chandigarh/PuneKey responsibilities:
- Experience in Windows server administration, configuration, and upgradation.
- Experience in O365 application, windows OS ,software installation, outlook and server troubleshooting.
- Experience in datacenter management & Endpoint security management.
- Knowledge in active directory, DNS , DHCP, file server & Virtualization technologies.
- Ability to handle major incident and troubleshooting in windows domain.
- Should have knowledge of ITIL process , audits.
- Experience - 2 to 8 years of experience in windows domain.
- Qualification - B.E/B.tech/BCA/MCAPreferred Skills :Technology->Microsoft Technologies->Microsoft Exchange Server,Technology->Infrastructure-Server Administration->Active DirectoryEducational Requirements :Bachelor of EngineeringService Line :Computers & Communications Division
