Shift: 5pm - 2am IST
Experience: 3-5 YearsWindows Server administrator with at least 3-4 years of demonstrated experience providing server support in a complex enterprise environment.Work youll do
A unique opportunity to be an integral member of the growing Client solutions Support team that drives consistency, quality, and efficiency of the services delivered to Client internal clients. Key responsibilities include

• Role involves combination of Linux/Windows support/storage/ networking mix. Candidate should be very flexible to be able to support business needs without any hassles.
• Will be responsible for on call/weekend/off-hour support for Virtualization team.
• Assist with systems build and configuration to support architecture of new systems
• Facilitating access requests for resources
• Creating and securing user accounts
• Investigating, troubleshooting and fixing server availability and performance issues
• Role includes extensive scripting tasks if required.
• Monitoring and maintaining request and incident queues.
• Performing validation testing.
• Health Check for Virtual and Physical machine.
• Collaborate with global teams to identify and implement process improvement.
• Having knowledge of IIS.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL foundation.
• Troubleshooting knowledge of windows clustering.
• Hands experience on share file access (providing permission, file transfer..etc.)

• BE/BTech/MCA/MS
• 3 years to 4 years of strong experience.
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019.
• Experience scripting tasks using PowerShell.
• Experience with Active Directory, group policy, DNS administration and best practices.
• Should be able to handle user requests, queries and co-ordinate with clients/stakeholders.
• Should have excellent communication skills to join conference calls, deal stakeholders/clients and be able to work along well in a team without any hassles and open to learning new technologies.
• Should be flexible to work in any shifts and on weekend activities/oncall purposes.
• Should be able to work under critical scenarios and take ownership without any supervision/KTs if needed.
• Should have worked in production support in Environment.
• Should be MSCE or Azure certified.
• A systems thinker who is able to see the big picture while still maintaining the various components.
• Understand how to automate systems deployment for all lifecycles - from development through production within a Continuous Delivery model.
• Direct, hands-on experience with DevOps processes and lifecycle management tools.
• Strong experience with IaaS implementation in a cloud-hosted model - Azure and AWS preferred.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, load balancers etc.
