About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant... In this role, you will: This specific role within Business Process Management (BPM) will assist the Strategy & Solutions Reporting and Insights team in developing Reporting and Insights as it relates to Definition Delivery Enablement, Management by Fact, Development of Process Insights, Process Improvement, and the overarching BPM Capability for the Shared Services Organization. Consults with management and business partners on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for the applicable business functions. Such consultation includes discussion of alternatives and implications. Creates presentations for executive management on business performance and recommends strategies to implement changes and improvements. Utilizes thorough knowledge of the business unit\'s functional area or products to support strategic initiatives for the business. Serve as a senior consultant who provides work direction to lower-level staff. Leads support functions and/or operations/production oversight usually for multiple business groups within a Line of Business. Functions supported may include policy/procedure creation/adherence, change initiatives, operational reporting, legal and regulatory adherence, SLA negotiation/development, reporting and analysis, pipeline, process improvement, data mining, quality management, and communications. Key responsibilities: Analytical Skills - Tableau developers need to analyze the needs of the business or customer. Problem-Solving - This role often involves working with the software from the beginning of a project until completion, so Tableau developers need to be able to solve any problems that arise during the development stage and find alternative ways around issues. Innovative - This job required creativity and the ability to create innovative solutions to business problems. Tableau developers need to be self-motivated and have the initiative to find solutions and improvements to systems during prototyping and customer testing phases Detail-Oriented - Tableau developers need to have strong attention to detail to spot inaccuracies in coding or data. Additionally, they can remain focused when working on multiple parts of an application or system at the same time Teamwork - Tableau developers work as part of a large team and work towards shared business and BPM goals, so the ability to work professionally with others is vital to being successful in this job. Required Qualifications: 10+ years Financial/Banking industry experience 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling or a Master\'s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling (default) 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
